Live Set
Yes its about our live set.
Currently we play up to 7 songs.
And we also put up some new lights soon on the stage.
Here is the list.

We Dont Want To Release Any Stuff

noo . its just about time . we dont want to go rushing about this recording . We want it perfect . That's why it takes much time . we dont want to give any deadline about the recording , but it will be 8 or more songs in the cd . So just wait for it . If you cant wait for the cd , you just record our songs live when we get on the stage . Also we will release 100 copies of tapes titled " DROUGHT B".
It will be release by RiseOfTheSunkenShip (MALAYSIA) . It sounds totally different from our cd . This tape sounds more to drones and industrial music. So again we repeat , there will be no old songs in our tape or cd. We also put one song in HellGate and Emuzah Records compilation . Local bands like Daighila , Halal/Hadhari also will be in the compilation.
Unfortunately we have to cancel 2 our upcoming shows in taiping due to exammination . Sorry friends! so our upcoming show will be with Graf Orlock and Magrudegrind in Taiping . See you there!

wondering why we're using blogspot account?
yes this is the place where every movement of this band that you want to know.
Basically , I Quit Antartika is a post-hardcore band that is more to industrial , down-tempo and progressive feel . Musicially we are influence by Fear Before The March Of Flames , Nine Inch Nails , Isis . Yes definitely we have changed a lot of things , much different than before . Since we change our band name to IQA , its like a fresh start to us , never close to what we sounded before. So people who request us to play old songs , it will never happen.
Wondering why we decide to change our sounds? Most of people will say " what a waste , the old sounds much better . It suits the scene trend nowdays " . Yes you say that our new sound is total waste . But definitely we dont care at all . We are trying to bring fresh ideas to audience , rather than doing the same thing that most of the band in Malaysia is doing right now . No offense , that is your way. We set our target that we're going to be same level as the international or USA level. We never care about the level of our local scene , we must go for more. So we will write down more soon!
